Worst customer service I’ve ever had – Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight Review

So difficult to reach an agent. Computer saying call us back when you’ll find a trip number and just hang out ? then agents transfer you to each other and ask the same stupid questions: name, trip number etc. Agents are from India
