Not worth it!

If it worked correctly, I would’ve loved it. Was a hassle setting up. By the end of the first day of using, the app stopped managing my child’s device. When I went to pair it again all my apps got mixed up on my phone. Had to connect to computer again just to cancel and take it off my child’s phone. Waste of time.

Screwed up my kids phone

Downloaded the premium version and synced my kids phone and it totally screwed it up. She can’t get any phone calls or texts any more. It says to the caller that her phone is blocked. Of course I had all the settings to allow these things. No one has gotten back to me from OurPact for help. Deleted apps and it’s still all screwed up.

Great app, removes some of the worry from parenting

I’ve been using this app for many years and have recommended it to many people. It has made my life a lot less stressful because I know my kids won’t have too much screen time, but I’m still able to keep in contact with them. Sorry that Apple stole your idea.

Starting using this App after several other Apps failed to perform. So far I really like it. It’s giving me great updates when my kids arrive in or leave designated locations. Very easy to use.

This website is baby boomer bs, it is very unnecessary, 0/10 would not recommend to anybody that listens to nonsense about how video games are bad, and i hate you if you believe that

Better than Apple’s screentime

I made a mistake and tried to cancel OurPact and switch to Apple’s screentime. Screentime never worked right with google apps like Yourube, and there were so many ways my kid could get around it. I could go on and and with minor things that were irritating, suffice to say, I came right back to OurPact! OurPact is the best. Totally worth it for there not to be any fights about screentime anymore.

Need a computer to use premium? WHY?!

We hit a roadblock in installation when we were required to use a computer to complete installation of premium features of this app. This is a very ancient requirement in the year 2020 and I’ll be canceling my free trial (and $6.99 monthly payment thereafter) as a result. I do not own an up to date computer! It is an impossible task. Guess I’m on the hunt for a different parental control app.

A waste of time

I’ve tried twice to get this app to work. My son received a notification to decline or accept and he declined. . It canceled his device. I no longer could control his device. I went to add him again and the app has a limit of 2 devices? I couldn’t add the same device again. It also scrambles their apps if you block them which causes more of an argument . Easier to take the phone away then use this app.

Wipes out other apps in iphone. To make changes to allowances you need to go to your desktop, can’t do it from your phone. Ridiculous. Ser up is absurdly buggy considering this is 2020. Stuck in loop for 2 days: need to use ut.ourpact site. Ok. No now need to use the utility. Ok. No need to use ut.ourpact. Isn’t that fun? Had it once before in 2015. Stopped using it because wiped all apps on daughters phone. Gave it another try based on review, and paid for premium this time. Should have saved my 6.99. Stay away!
