Good app but difficult setup and poor customer support

Had difficulty setting this up because my daughters apps kept getting rearranged. Finally figured out I had to install another app. My daughter ended up deleting the app so I had to reinstall everything but it wouldn't work. I called customer support and they sent me an email saying they would get back to me but they never did. Still waiting.

Has an annoying effect in that when the device that has the restrictions on it happens to use the same itunes account as the one doing the restricting, then you get an annoying message (facetime) that your account is being used on a different device, each time a schedule goes into 'allow' mode. Also the time scheduling isn't ideal (to me), it would be much quicker (I think) and more visually intuitive to just present a 'cell sheet' type of scheduler where you can view 24 hours by 7 days at once and just click/swipe on each cell(s) you want to block and can easily see the results. Rather than scrolling through lines of text of block times. Also would be helpful if it included messaging as part of its blocking mode, it doesn't seem to at the moment.

I am in control at all times and my kids are not going to be doing whatever they want, they have schedules and permission periods where they get free time, they don't do what they need to, punishment is taking away permission of apps. Just phone and text for communication, social media is a privilege.

I initially didn't like this app because it will not block iMessage. I have found a way to do that within my router, so this app and the router configuration makes things workable. This app works like you would expect and I can now recommend it to people.

I love how we have the control for our kids' iphones and ipads. But this app could be easily 5 star. Only gripe i have is when the "schedule and/or block" feature comes on. My kids' app that's in a app folder resets. Resets how they need to put back all of the apps back in the folders. Anyway to fix that? thanks! This app can get a lot better!

What you need to know... This will shut down all apps except for texting, phone and Internet. It "hides" all of the apps from the main screen (which will send your child into hysterics so make sure you explain to them that they are not deleted). The blocking and unblocking will not take effect unless the phone is using data or in a wifi area, and will not take effect until they are not using there apps. Example: if the phone is on snapchat, the block won't take effect until snap chat is closed. My only complaint is that it does not block the Internet with the other apps.
