Great app but...

This app is great blocks the child’s phone with in seconds of hitting block. And unblocks just as fast. But, and it a big old but. It rearranged all my son’s apps. Now OurPact does state on the app that “Please note: this issue is an OS LIMITATION, not an OurPact bug.” But then for $6.99 premium “ENDS APPS SCRAMBLING” which tells me yes it maybe an OS limitation but you can controls so that should be free if you want me to use your product. I will end in a good note your kids won’t know you added this.

I got this app my son, always found a way to take it off. We had premium also so I was paying for nothing!!! Horrible!!
Please find a way for kids to unpair the system

If you have kids who are older than 8 or 9, they can easily find their way to unpair the system. I don’t understand why they can’t place password protection for device management

I bought this app specifically to block his text messages, sure it took the apps and the text message app away but my 10 year old figured out how to bypass that and text anyways. So this app, pointless to me now. Thanks for making me waste my money. ?

My son knows his way around the app now. I need to find one with more security on it. I have the internet blocked as well as certain apps like Tik Tok and somehow he is still on it. ?☹️
Bait and switch... as usual

The free version is 100% worthless and does almost nothing, and of course you don’t know that until you waste 10 min installing and creating a profile you’ll never use again. The Plus version is just as useless. Only the premium version does anything worthwhile, and it’s $7 per month. Whatever happened to paying a flat fee for a good app? I can’t go along with anything that says it’s free and then ropes you into paying $84 per year.

Our Pact gave me the space I was thinking I’d never have again - I was so stressed the phone was a stronger force than I was Each year was worse. And we need to be able to parent. Behavior and respect and responsibility to the family (chores, for example) were degrading. But this app gave me the space I needed. It allowed me to say, I told you and now here is the consequence. All the features make you able to vary consequences and regain your ability as a parent to regulate some of the influence of phone technology in your child’s life and their behavior ... as well as to not make the phone a stronger force than you. It is their lifeline to friends now, I respect that, but a force stronger than you as a parent - that is a device - is silly. Thank you Our Pact!

I have such control over screen time, apps allowed, monitoring and blocking power that my kids apologize to friends who’s parents listened to my glowing reviews. Fantastic app that helps in Keeping our kids safe.
