I FINALLY have a reliable way to manage screen time and location alerts for my child. Easy to use, extremely thorough and flexible. BEST app I’ve come across!!
Can’t utilize premium, no customer service

Spent 3 hrs trying to download the premium features on my computer and it would not recognize the phone. Sent email for support and no response. Waste of time! Deleting the app and finding something better.

This app is perfect except for one overriding problem obsessed kids-if you shut down the text messaging app they never get any messages that were sent to them when the app was shut down. They are lost forever and you’ll never hear the end of it from your kids. So asking me how I like this app is like asking Mrs. Lincoln how she liked the play.
App works wonders

We have been using this app for a while now and it works great. It’s helping my teen. I give it 4 stars but only have one complaint. I’m seeing videos on how to get around the App and use blocked apps. My suggestion would be to work on some kind of upgrade to defeat the hacking and get around. Social media today is huge and so is cyber bullying. We keep teaching our teen about it and will continue to. So please if you are able to find a way, that would be awesome.

I just downloaded this app yesterday after friends recommended it to me. I subscribed to the premium version. I need to be able to lock my daughters phone at bedtime and during school, limit her screentime during the day, and keep track of where she is. Not only can I NOT do those last two things because the required “OurPact Jr” app is not available to download (and who knows when or if it will be?), it also scrambles all of her apps when they are unblocked, which causes just one more reason for her to be her angtsy, emotionally volatile teenage self. Ugh!! Also, I set a schedule for the phone to lock from 10pm-6am, but the apps to not automatically unlock when the time is up. So I have to go in and unlock them manually!! With so many issues I don’t know how they can justify $7.99/mo!!

This is by far the best app for scheduling ios devices. It’s relatively easy to set up and the parent app is very easy to use. You can create a schedule for the entire device and set limits for individual apps. And you can manage more than one device/child. You will get notified if an app is downloaded and if the service is removed from the device. You can whitelist and blacklist websites, and turn off internet browsing (or anything else) Overriding is easy if you want to add some time, and have the schedule pick up the next day. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately for some)-it does not monitor, so you can not see what websites your child is browsing or see their texts messages- you can only schedule, block, and set time limits. My wish list for additions include: Actual monitoring: websites, text, social media (note, these services can be blocked, just not monitored) PC version- with monitoring this would be great to add to pcs. I would need no other services!
Gets rid of all folders

I tried getting this app to prevent me from using my phone too much. Then it locked me out of my phone and when I used my laptop to get back in, it had gotten rid of EVERY SINGLE FOLDER. Thanks for wasting my time and messing up my phone.
Do not purchase premium for ios devices

It was with great disappointment that i have discovered only after purchasing a premium account that the app is greatly limited with ios devices. You cannot install ourpact jr on your kids phone and this greatly impact on what you can control. So don’t waste your money.
