This app gave limitations yes but it terrible. Makes kids feel like they’re being watched a lot of the time and makes them feel untrusted and uncomfortable. It has definitely had an inpact on the vibes going through the house and affected the relationships. Overall I dislike it

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Me giving this app one star falsely shows that I actually liked it enough to give it a single star. Hey parents if you want your kids to show any interest of liking you whatsoever the first step is do not get this app. Well maybe your thinking this is just for their safety, you are mistaken. Which is more important the exact minute they continue to play candy crush at night, or if they love you? I think you get my point. Us kids do not want to stay up all night every night, we just wish to have to option too. If you created this app... sleep with one eye open...
Great, but child can unpair device

The app is great, except my daughter has figured out how to delete the management profile in the settings, making the app useless. Unless there’s a solution, we will be getting rid of this app.

My child can get this off in under 30 minutes after I spend 6 hours setting it up. Ridiculous.

Love concur on my iPhone
I can update this later but have spent hours trying to get the software for the premium onto my kids two iPads. I am using a high end Mac Book Pro. Both iPads are completely updated to latest IOS and are not old (Airs). Once connection is made I get stuck on backup. Update: I have given up. Deleted everything. The app control doesn’t work correctly and I couldn’t install the software on the second iPad. Also note that it turns off the camera and FaceTime. The latest response from their tech support is: “Just to clarify this is a known Utility issue. I've logged your details into our troubleshooting notes; we have seen a handful of users experience a similar issue. Our developers are currently honing in on common factors so it's hard to say when we will have a solution on hand, but I will be sure to follow up with an update as soon as one is available.”
No customer service!!

It’s impossible to get customer support. They state on their website that they don’t offer phone support even when all of their “solutions” provided on their website do not solve the problem.

This app has a few bugs and is frustrating to use. You can also use it to stalk your children. If you set a bed time limit and leave the time zone your in for example you set it to 10:30 PM and you lose an hour the software will turn off the apps at 9:30 PM. Then your kids are going to annoy you asking you to turn on their apps longer the app also sometimes has a mind of its own. To remove the software go to settings, then general, then device management then remove management.
Good app. Has glitches.

Love the ability to manage specific apps by schedule. Just added another iPhone to the family for middle child. iPhone XR. Add ourpact and App Store vanishes. Can’t find it anywhere. Delete ourpact and App Store returns. Older kids iPhone 8 no issues.
