Not cool. Paid for the upgrades version just to find out I can’t use it. You need to run your child’s device thro a computer to use the OurPact Utility. We all have iPhones because the basically replaced our old computer (which doesn’t work) Wish that was made clear before the purchase.

I enabled the Location access on my kid Iphone and I allowed to use it always but Still I cant see any locating services on her Iphone also when I want to use other features I cant use it there is a message says I have to install Ourpact utility on her Iphone But I already installed ourpact jr on her Iphone I paid for the premium and I cant use any feature of this app !!! Not even the web monitoring Except the granting access and not granting it nothing else is working! Help me and I will give u 5 stars

This app is useless for what I need.I have no problem telling my kids to stop playing their electronic devises,I think it’s parents job to use verbal direction and communication skills instead relying on apps.I needed this app in hopes to filter internet browsing and it’s does nothing of that,but luckily I found something else to replace this with right after I downloaded and realized it was no help.It doesn’t do any of what the other all I discovered does,you can’t use specific words to be searched in internet browser,it doesn’t show what website your kids are visiting,it doesn’t show what words your kid is typing and serching in a browser,those exact things that I need app to do...So basically if you are a parent who has no power of authority for your kids to listen to you to turn their devises on ,then yes,you need this app for that,but if you are trying to prevent Your kid from even accidentally visiting websites they don’t belong since many websites redirect you who knows where if you mistype a word or search for specific word,this app is useless!!!

Save your money and get the free one. The premium is hard to down load, the instructions are impossible to follow and even after downloading it never ran. I really hope I find something better so I can delete this crap.

I have three children child number one works just fine child number two install won’t finish on the iPhone and computer didn’t recognize it child number three Phone has been doing all kinds of crazy things since we installed it canceled it finding something else

Upgraded to the Premium because I wanted to use the GPS locator and custom app blocking. Neither work. I’ve tried endlessly to contact support, updated the apps and operating systems, installed and uninstalled, paired and unpaired. Enabled location tracking on all devices. Tried from desktop and tried from phone apps. Great idea in theory, but it it doesn’t actually work, so that’s unfortunate. Uninstalling and cancelling membership.

I switched from google family link. Their app sent you a notification when your kid tried to download an app and then you had to approve it. This one just lets them download it! Then later you get a notification- this needs to be fixed
