I love this app, is a very useful tool to control kids, you manage what they watch, how many time, if they are responsible you can give them screen time or shut off, it’s wonderful

Premium is the way to go because you can have so much more control over your child’s device with individual apps and different schedules. My child thought it would be a good idea to try to delete OurPact jr and try to get the parent app which she failed at miserably. It screwed everything up and basically cancelled my account which gave me the limited access when I had already paid for the current month. Card on file was fine but it kept rejecting. I emailed the scenario and within 1:00 minute I had a new email saying “welcome to Premium”. I then checked my app and everything was back in place! Thank the Lord they have customer service with some sense and quick response! You won’t be disappointed with this app. I promise. From one female teen mom to another.

The Google app keeps getting set on always allowed, after we set it to a schedule or blocked. We don’t know when this happens. My son uses the Google app to circumnavigate the restrictions whenever this glitch happens. This needs to get fixed. Update: I have been communicating with support to fix this issue and it the steps still haven’t worked. I deleted everything and blocked safari. Well safari flips back to “always allow” and the child app is supposed to block adult sites... WELL IT DIDN’T!!

The experience at the beginning has been good. But for the past year, the setting on my child’s phone kept on resetting, the apps we put on schedule always go back to unlimited. WORST OF ALL, it doesn’t block adult content! It is very upsetting. I would give no star at all if I could !!!

I really needed this app and started out signing up for the premium for 7.99 a month prior to the free trial that’s available. I had waisted so much time trying to get the app downloaded and working with premium. You have to download this app on your phone. Use your child’s device to pair them to the app, download the children’s jr version of this app to their phone, then download the software onto your computer and click the premium option so you can use those features on your child’s account associated with that device. At that point I kept getting an error message since it couldn’t detect my child’s iPhone. You can’t use internet explorer and of course you must use a usb from device to your laptop. If this sounds like a headache.. it was. I uninstalled it.. From all devices.

I am a sophomore in high school and my mom downloaded this app and doesn’t know what she is doing. She disables stuff without knowing what it is blocks me whenever I go on and prevents me from using any app. This app is meant for elementary school kids not high schoolers. It is dangerous to block messages because then I can’t contact anyone if something bad happened or notify them to turn messages on so that I can notify them. It gives parents too much control and turns a phone into a waste of money. If you want to keep a relationship with your kids then don’t download this app.

problems for the last month
This app used to work perfectly for controlling my kids phones... but for the last month it seems not to be working... very glitchy!?! My kids can use apps unlimited and the time limit seems not to matter. I’ve tried deleted and reinstalling the apps on my device and my kids. What happened??? If at not fixed soon I’ll have to cancel my subscription and look elsewhere.
