I access all my articles now

I do research full-time for a living. It was driving me crazy that I could not access my Zotero library except on the web interface on my ipad. Now I can access, edit, and make notes on everything (spring for the annotation upgrade - it is worth it).

Great App for Zotero Users

I’ve been using Zotero as a main reference management tool for years. And, this application perfectly sync with it. I normally capture papers through my desktop chrome app, and read them through iPad. And this app is a perfect solution for this purpose.

best purchase ever

I use this app to annotate the pdf files in my Mendeley library. It works fantastic.

Once great, now broken

The Biker

This app was amazing, however, it’s become buggy and is no longer updated. I purchased the in-app feature to edit PDFs but it suddenly stopped working after the iOS update and restoring purchases does nothing. Too bad as I really liked this app.

Annotate does not work

I paid extra for the annotate function and it does not work on my new iPad Pro.

Is this app abandoned by the developers?

The last update was two years ago even though there are issues that need ti be addressed. Give us a refund if you are not going to do anything about it. Annotation's gone every time I update something on Mendeley.

Annotations do not work at all with paid version

murraylax

I upgraded to the paid version to unlock annotations. I agreed to the $9.99 charge and was shown a dialog box telling me that the annotations feature is unlocked. I touch the little annotate button and absolutely nothing happens. There is nothing about the error online. All I see online is talk of the app no longer supported. I feel robbed.

Annotations slightly different from the demo

Jake's iPad pro

I am using iPad Pro (3rd generation). The demo version shows the selections of tools such as pen, text, notepad, and etc. which are located on the top of the screen. Once I purchase it, the tools only show up if I long-press on the screen. Also, it is difficult to go out of the annotation mode so I keep drawing random lines while trying to figure out how to switch to a read mode. I hope there will be a new update soon.

Annotations not working on iPad Pro

I have exactly the same problem described below. Once I purchased the annotations pack, I could not get annotations to work at all until I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, then restored the annotations pack purchase. Even then, the annotations icon doesn't work as shown in the demo. You have to select text, and then you get annotation features. And, as you start annotating it sometimes will not let you out of that mode. As another user noted, "Also, it is difficult to go out of the annotation mode so I keep drawing random lines while trying to figure out how to switch to a read mode." Frustrating, as this is really needed and has great potential. Reading my Zotero database is not a problem, so at least for that part of the functionality it seems fine.

This has been abandoned

Don’t pay for it - it no longer works and is no longer supported
