An app with many negative reviews and no updates for 3 years…

This app is DEAD, it should be removed from the App Store. An app with many negative reviews and no updates for 3 years should be flagged in some way on the App Store, it’s misleading to keep this here, as obviously the developer has abandoned it. I sent in a tech support request three weeks ago and after the automated response nothing. This is a zombie app that has no business being on the App Store. Apple: why don’t you remove dead apps? Zorero: we need a viable alternative to this dead app!

The handwriting experience is not as good as it could be - it would be much better if one could scroll with a finger while using the pen with an Apple Pencil without constantly needing to swap tools in the toolbar (one can scroll with two fingers, but this is glitchy and leaves pen mark artifacts). Also, the drawn lines are very jagged and messy. This is a shortcoming of the apple AES pen technology, but other apps do a much better job of correcting for the noise.
Annotations pack does not work on iPad

Been charged while it remains nonfunctional. Emailed support twice with no response. Seems it is an abandoned project.

Beware: this app has been abandoned and is now extremely buggy. Syncing with zotero does not work. Neither does uploading annotated documents
The annotation feature doesn’t work

I have iPad Pro with iOS 12. I installed the app and successfully connected it to Zotero. I tried the annotation feature on the app on their template file which works perfectly fine. But when I paid for it and wanted to try it on my documents it didn’t work. Be careful don’t pay for annotation.
Crashing in iPad OS 13

It was working adequately under 12.x besides the occasional inability to sync to my WebDAV (a file, lastsync.txt, keeps disappearing). Under 13.x I’m getting regular crashing when trying to view PDFs. Support tickets about the WebDAV went unreplied to, the twitter stream hasn’t been touched in 3 years and same with the app. It’s free, so no complaints or expectations there, just want potential users on iOS 13 and or WebDAV storage users to be wary.

I wish I’d noticed that the last update the developers made was three years ago before I bought the annotation package. I tried emailing the support team when my Zotero attachments weren’t being located by PaperShip, but of course, no one answered me. What good is the annotation package if there are no files to annotate?
