Maybe I’m missing something

abarnes2010

But this app is a pain to use. Face recognition doesn’t work, credentials aren’t saved, the navigation is terrible. And it’s ugly. It has all the requirements but doesn’t work.

Nah

I use this only because the court ordered me too. For this price I would expect basic functionality such as the ability to reply to sent messages (yes, the ex often times won’t respond) and formatting text such as font, bold, italics and underlining. I’ve requested the sent messages reply over a year ago and this functionally is still not present.

Archaic, buggy, poor execution

Flipperlite

As a mobile app developer, I say this app is terrible. It needs a complete rewrite as it is still a version 1 or beta app with poor user experience. For example, you can't reply to your own messages. You can't search messages. You can't see the full message thread. You don't get a real notification with the message but just a boilerplate notification that someone created a message. Face ID works half the time and when it doesn't, you have to re-enter your credentials. You could easily accomplish most of it for free with email, text, shared online calendar like Google calendar, and shared online spreadsheet like Google sheets. Court dictated so had to use. Not worth $100/parent/year. Ripe for a competitor.

Love the idea

Love the idea but the app is awful! Constantly signing me out in the most heated of times. Fix the bugs please!

Calendar needs help

Gmucheeky

I don’t have issues with this app except the calendar. I have to have a separate calendar with the father because this calendar isn’t sept friendly and it’s not easy to set up a schedule. I wish it was more like Google or Apple calendars.

Too Buggy Not Convenient

Illuvatar505

The app signs me out and forgets my credentials making is really inconvenient to navigate the app. Customer support was really nice. App isn’t better nor more convenient than texting. Only recommend if you don’t want your ex having your number.

Terrible…

KJCOOLEY

This app has so many bugs that they are just not fixing. Frequently the things added come out wrong on the schedule, the calendar looks weird and doesn’t give good info for the times of pick up/drop off or events and takes multiple times to enter the holiday schedule. It is also not set up at all for step parents who are actually involved to be able to use it and any adjoining accounts unless the step parent ALSO pays $100+ cannot add any events, dates to the schedule, nothing. This is a terrible app and a waste of money. It’s made communication harder and the schedule much more confusing than it needs to be.

Constant login issues with Face ID.

mkke1286

Fix the login issues on iOS using Face ID. It’s tiring to have the app continually forget your Face ID and having to manually login and set it up again.

The service is OK, the APP needs work!

The OFW APP for the iPad will not present a landscape orientation. What’s the big deal? For those of us who use our iPad’s as a primary communication device, and also use the Magic Keyboard with the iPad, everything one types and reads is turned 90 degrees counter-clockwise. When I type a message to my co-parent using the keyboard, I have to crank my head around to proof-read what I’ve typed. Considering the APP is meant to handle communications between ex-spouses, who often have a contentious relationship, you’d think the developer would fix the problem instead of saying, “we’ll put it on the list.”
