Lets the truth be told!

Excellent program. Well thought out. Great for a high stakes divorce situation where someone’s true colors can shine forth.

Customer service reps are great. Unfortunately I didn’t qualify for any assistance but they did find a way to give me a month free and that really helped. Thanks guys

Outdated interface.

Interface needs to be updated and more direct and simplistic

Garbage App

This is what socialism will look like. Why, you say? When there is no financial responsibility to design good products, you get garbage products. OFW is mandated in family court. Nobody chooses to use it. Therefore, they have a captive audience that the developers can abuse. I’ve complained multiple times to them about the lack of app icon badge notifications, which every other developer could figure out for the last 13 years. How do they repay us loyal, captive users? Removing ALL notifications so we have to guess when a message is waiting. I wish I could give this app negative stars. It would be negative 100 stars. Can’t wait till my kids are 18.

Terrible for coparenting with a difficult ex

It’s the easiest way to start issues due to misunderstands. If you like to fight and cause confusion, this is the app for youZ

Need notifications

Nikkilee31

This app has been great to use except for one issue. I do not get any sort of notification when new messages or anything else is received. That is pretty important especially when checking in on my daughter when she is with her dad. I have to check in the app frequently to make sure I am not missing messages and other things. Since this app was ordered by the court to be used as our communication tool I would like to have those notifications. If that does not happen by the time of my yearly renewal I will have to petition the court to use another platform.

No more gray areas

The problem parent will not want to use this. It’s a nightmare for anyone who does not tell the truth. My ex has not yet listed her flight schedule. Now, the judge can see how many times I’ve asked her. The more info we add in the app, the less we’d have to text/chat. The problem parent will be exposed. Just do what you would do in a corporate setting. If you document for a living, this will be a breeze. It’s like over documenting against the trouble making employee.

Year experience (almost a year)

Unfortunately, I am one of these parents that have to use this app for co-parenting reasons. I think the app has helped a lot, and it give parents all the missing information that you need.
