Good for hostile parents but lacks 1 massive function

Bigslick00

The concept is great. My ex and I are civil and friendly so the tone meter and things to manage respectful interaction isn’t important to us. Nice you can load School. MD. Things like that. People complain about archaic looks but I’m sorry this isn’t a tool for some niche clientele, it’s to do what’s right for kids. Guess people forget that and focus on wanting cool colors and things like that. I had to give this 3 stars for 1 reason. The Calendar. We flip things from time to time. Lately more often. I don’t mind going into to the app to add child related events. But in 2021 we all rely on Apple Calendar or Outlook. Yes I can go export file to sync but many lower budget less important apps auto sync. So if I don’t export and sync weekly I could miss something. It becomes a problem when I’m asked for work “can we meet on xyz this many months away.” I have to look at my outlook or Apple Calendar. Make sure I’m clear. Than I have to say hold on let me log into my coparenting calendar and look. Auto push or sync with every update is so so so so much needed. Sporting evens change. School activities change. If you have a busy active schedule this app is just another calendar you have to check. Again exporting is great but it’s never really up to date. Can miss things easily. That’s a massive risk. I see budget apps sync for sports. Even rec sports. I’d think this high dollar service should be able to build it in fairly easy. Sync what days kids with me. With mom and events. Into outlook and Apple Calendar real time and you have a slam dunk

Junk

It’s $100 a year for the worst app I’ve ever purchased. Don’t waste your money. You have to buy extra data to send pics and things. It’s about $ in an already draining family court deal. Use email, or other cheap apps to communicate if you need. Don’t waste your money.

Great product

This form of communication I believe has tempered the way communication has been received. It’s certainly holds people more accountable for how they speak to one another… great job at this thank you so much for offering this method of communication. I’ve seen an incredible difference in communication since we’ve started using it. Blessing! Matt

Text & email are just as good

This App is a scam and a complete waste of money. The cheapest plan they offer is over $100. How much money are they giving judges & courts to force people to use this app??? Just another corrupt, scam, injustice, welcome to the United States of America where the rich get richer and the poor get nickel and dimed and poorer, thanks to laws only helping the richest of Americans.

Mobile Design at its worst

Qdo312

This is perhaps the most poorly designed application I have yet to use and believe me, I use a ton. From senseless, poorly labeled sections to a clunky and confusing interface and nonsensical workflows, to attachments that never actually seem to function, this is perhaps the epitome of bad gui and usability design. Besides providing yet another excuse for courts to force feed directives on people, it is the center of narcissistic legal professionals stoking the ego of clients while billing them more. Email is already public record. This is an unnecessary and remedially designed crutch for an already broken system that empowers egomaniacal spouses to control the conversation without ever having to be held accountable. A travesty in mobile capability. Astoundingly poor help and support, legendarily sub-par performance, zero accountability features. The makers of “Pong” could have designed a better application.

24h (Military Time) not supported.

MattHaybusa

A recent update doesn’t allow me to use any scheduling, event, or trade requests when my phone is set to a 24h clock time. I would also like support for adding non overnight exchanges for weekday visits like after school 4p-8p.

Don’t waste your money!

This app is not a great way to share photos or videos. It will not attach images to the message and it will continue to say “error occurred”. It’s annoying! Videos can’t be longer than 30 seconds it won’t let you send it!!!!
