I'd like to upload docs from my phone

Cristin1234554321

It's a pain to go to a desktop every time I want to upload a picture or document.

Can't create a new login

Vanessa Funk

I just downloaded this app to try and I cannot create a new user. Really?

Updates n upgrades

'Kid accounts' should be able to be on mobile devices. Most pre-teens and teenagers already have phones. They should get push notifications as well.

Horrible app

Littlehanily

Horrible app, awful company

Update froze my account

LoLo004

Very disappointed in the recent update to the app. Due to the update, my app has been frozen for a week and I am on able to access my account. Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved?

Only available to parents

Lewolf19

The company boasts that all parties, including step parents, grandparents, caregivers, can view the schedule and other amenities (minus the personal messaging of course). However, the app is only available to biological parents. Very frustrating. Needs updates immediately.

Fail

1. Needs touch ID 2. Writing messages should not need saving as draft and then re-editing because the window cannot be scrolled 3. Expenses total should be seen on the app. 4. The side menu should be made as a drop down. 5. They should pay me to write this stuff.

Use the money we pay to actually fix this App

I have the iPhone 5s. I don't ever write reviews but this one needs a little attention so maybe the developers will read and actually work on the issues. 1/2 the area where you write an email messaging is reduced by a huge white space of nothing which only allows you to see about 3 lines of your message instead of utilizing the entires screen area. Anything you attempt to attach and upload gets cropped into a perfect square, loosing 1/2 your picture or document your trying to upload. Who's phone only takes prefect square pictures? Every phone i know of takes HD/rectangular pictures. Who writes on perfectly square pieces of paper? Unless it's a post-it note, all the paper I ever used in my entire life is rectangular . Any person who has never programmed code in their life can find a code writing utility on the web that writes code to upload 'rectangular' images. Is this concept that hard to grasp? I stopped wasting my time trying to use he other parts of the app. In the past 6 months that I've been forced to use this app, I haven't yet seen their bug fixes actually fix anything. This program needs a "real" overhaul.
