worthless on different levels

Been using this app now for two years and it’s pretty awful. Very poor user experience on iPhone and iPad. the interfaces of the app and even the website are very dated and clunky. No ability to have multiple screens open at once such as the calendar and message board. Other huge flaw is that equal functionality is not given to each parent. The parent that sets up calendar entries has the ability to edit and write notes into the entries. The other parent is shut off from that. Trade function is awful on the website and nonexistent in the mobile version. Calendar does not sync with iCal either. Don’t waste your money. It only causes frustration…the last thing you need dealing with an ex.

We pay a lot of money a year to use this service, there are more user friendly apps out there that are free. Attach pics, quarter of the screen same thing every other person on here is complaining about... Get it together. Stop ripping off the hard working single dads and moms and spend a little money to fix these complaints.

This forum is so handy and user friendly. Very easily create calendar events and view expenses. Hands down the easiest way to show (on paper) that the ex isn't helpful or cooperative! Love it! The email pane/viewing window is small and only uses 1/3 of the screen which is annoying. Wish there was an app notification icon. Other than that I love this tool. Best money I ever spent to rid myself of babymommadrama!

Worst email platform ever.

This is the worst email platform I have ever used. It completly lacks function. AOL had a better platform in 1988. You can't even send or view an attachment from the mobile app. More pathetic yet is that the courts and attorneys support this garbage. It's becoming a mainstream ruling in the courts. Complete garbage app. The website also Lacks functionality. If your mandated to use this by a court to communicate argue it at all costs! OFW is a complete waste of web space!

Email is horrible. They added attachments but most of them you can't even click on since they are hidden by the bar at the bottom of the screen. It also gives me an unwanted notification that I've logged out after every time I use this. I have no idea why anyone would think this is a useful app, it makes things worse.

The app allows me to avoid having to use my desktop to handle most things. Support is always helpful and polite. I don't understand folks complaining out the email. I don't think they understand what the purpose of Our Family Wizard is. Of course, many folks required to use this app aren't happy folks in the first place ...
