Child neglect n corruption
Corruption in illinois
It did not stop my daughters from being neglected and corruption occurred. If the county and state your from is corrupt this is only another tool which to extort money from you.

Mitch, in Customer Support, has been very prompt in responding to any questions or needs that I have had concerning this app. The app itself is user friendly and helps keep track of conversations and documentation. The app has served as a great healthy boundary for necessary communication with my ex-spouse.
No notifications with iOS platform

iOS for whatever reason will not send me notifications regardless of the settings. Same profile in Android no issues. Long standing bug - over a year. Fix it, please! This makes timely communicating with my ex a major issue. Ap works well otherwise.

This app is the worst of all of the ones offered. You can get ten times more offerings in apps that are free or cheaper. If you like windows ‘95 then this is the app for you. Literally it’s hard to navigate and it doesn’t flow correctly. Other apps you can check into drop off and picks up simply, the messages flow easier, you can track expenses much easier. This one will only meet your expectations if you are looking for something that seems like it is 25 years old. Save your money and have your ex agree to a higher rated free one. After the developers response, I stand by what I reviewed. They may offer somethings (after other apps came out with the features) their app is hard to navigate and is like dealing with program from 25 years ago. Check out other apps first, you’ll like the flow of them and the ease of navigation.

The app itself is very good and useful. However I am not getting notifications when I receive a message in the app. Ensuring that I receive and read messages as they come is crucial. I have checked all the settings in my phone (iPhone 12 Pro) and everything is as it should be. Please fix this.
$100 a year!?

You can’t even sign into the app to try out the features. It’s doesn’t list that when you go online to create the account there is a subscription $100 year. That should be listed on the app. Wasted a download and time. I have to get it court ordered before my co parent will use it. No point.

I know you want parents to communicate in a civil manner so italicize and bold or underline are probably intentionally left off. However, it would be helpful to have these options available or some kind of organized format for messages. My ex sends very long rambling messages and so many it’s difficult to find time to read or process. I try to send my organized with headings or key info clearly to spot but it’s difficult.
