This has happened twice, causing me to lose all saved IDs and PWs. Support is no help. I logged a support ticket and have heard nothing. It's forgets your master PW and there is no way to recover.

This app seemed like a great idea and I loaded 100+ usernames and password's for safekeeping. For the past year I have accessed this app with a four digit pin. Out of the blue I was asked to enter my "vault password" which I'm sure I will established upon initiating the app but did not remember because I have never been asked to enter that before to open the vault and access my passwords. I contacted support, which was quite painful, but was told that I'm out of luck. If you are unable to recall your vault password you lose every bit of data you entered into the app forever. Period. There is absolutely no way to retrieve it. Period. Save yourself the frustration and find another password app.

Easy to use and convenient. I use it for all of my logins and keep credit card information handy in the wallet. TouchID to open is a great feature and can also use a PIN or password. I use it daily so it's critical to making my life easier!

I am using this app for years and this is my dependable app to securely store all my passwords. I upgraded and changed my phone but still easily save and view my passwords. Great app thank you Norton

Does what I was hoping for. Still a little inconsistent with all browsers but I can just imagine the monumental task of getting it to work with everyone.

I use this for my gizillion passwords which I can never remember from site to site and it saves me a ton of time not having to reset.
