Does the job for me. But sometimes it can't find the login and password fields on some sites

Awful

Latest update wiped my account

Stevo9

Used to regularly use this app and always had a great experience. The most recent update ran me through the ringer to log back in, including creating a new password and pin, then proceeded to show me that my entire password vault had been wiped.

If I could give a zero

The update deleted all of my passwords stored in the app and forced me to create a new account. ALL OF MY DATA was deleted and customer support basically told me "it's your fault and we can't help you."

Lost All Passwords

I’ve been using this for several months and it was pretty good. An update came out yesterday and now my TouchID and password to open the app no longer work. After hours of research, I’ve learned there is no way to recover or reset them. I’ve now lost well over a hundred complex passwords. I’ll never again buy a Norton product and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to.

Lost it all

I spent over an hour entering my information a few months ago. Everything went well until today. All of my information is gone, my password is not recognized and a message comes up saying I don’t have a license. I have Norton on my computer and had the option of downloading it to my phone, but, when I try that, the message says that my device is not supported (iPhone 6). I am beyond frustrated!

Keep looking

Started out great. I had nearly 40 logins stored that I used for more than a year with no issues. Then I open it and everything is gone! Just like that. Now I have to start over. Definitely not recommended.
