Simple but great

As much as I can just go on the website and doing it, to me it feels more convenient because it's right there and I feel like it takes me less time to navigate then if I were to use the website. I have no issues with this app either. It's pretty great.

Horrible app that never works. The same with the Nissan connect. Love my car but hate everything about the apps cause they don't work.

It is nice having the financial app to pay the monthly bill but this app is very slow. The app has error messages at the top, the overall display of the app could use some tuning up and the log in page gets tiring after entering all of your logo in info every time you want to get on the app. Most apps have a more simple way of signing in such as a "remember my username" or "create a log in code" or use a "Touch ID" for iPhones. Hopefully something will change on this app soon.

App is slow. Leaves you wondering if the transaction is hung-up, or whether the server is down..... When you attempt a one-time payment. You'll wish you conducted business on a desktop. I'll try the newest release in September, and if the app is still limping, I'll delete it.
