Doesn't seem to work well

I was excited to see they have an app now. My password is saved when I use my phone to go to the website so I thought I'd use the app and reset it since it is blocked on the website I can't read it and don't recall what it is. I tried 3 times to reset it and it sends me an email with a dead link that won't work. I tried to contact them by clicking on the "Contact us" link but that link doesn't work either. Guess I'll stick to using the web site.

What a great app to have as a Nissan customer. All of your account information in one place and so easy to make your payments. I love it!

This app is not working in any of my ipad After downloaded, when is open the app is disable or one half part blank.

Can't even use the app, downloaded and opened and had 3/4's of a black screen, deleted app and re-downloaded with same result, couldn't even login on app

I had the same issue as the previous user I downloaded it opened it and have a huge black area over most of the page where I'm unable to use the interface. Needs works Nissan!!
Trouble logging in

App needs a better update. Every month I make my monthly payments with this app an unfortunately it always gives me trouble recognizing my password/email. I always have to struggle 20 plus times in order to finally log in.
Mobile site as an app?!? Come on!

The app is no different than the mobile site, so what's the point of having it as an app anyway? The only thing I was hoping to see in an app is credentials persistence, so that I don't have to log in over and over again. And it's not there! Browsers at least save my credentials, but this thing isn't. Save your data – don't download it
