Poor excuse of an app which is really just a terrible web interface for another awful website. Awful design and loading screens. Very buggy. No point in downloading this at all.
I had to give it one star, otherwise I wouldn't give it any!

It doesn't work. The same issues are occurring I can't believe this hasn't been fixed. The "log in" page keeps redirecting me to register. When I do, it says there is a duplicate account. Of course there will be when you make someone register every time they try to log in! I feel sorry for the customer service operators that get calls regarding their website and this app. It is VERY frustrating!

I've been a couple days late on my payments ever since they come out with this app because I can never login! And even why you try to desktop NMAC site it never works as well. Annoying

For the app to work and not experience the same problem of being redirected to the registration screen, you MUST already be registered on a computer. So, first, register on the nissan finance webpage on a PC. Then, use this app. It worked for me. Give it a try.

I followed Dantheman's advice to sign into my account on my PC first. Then I signed on using my iPhone. It worked. Everything that I can do on the computer, I now can do on my phone with this app. I'm happy with it.

This app absolutely does not work. It has been very frustrating.....you think they would make it EASIER to receive a payment and not more difficult. I cannot even access my account because the e-mail they send with a link to re-set is not a valid link. The "help" and "contact us" portion of the app doesn't work. Honestly, why does this app even exist, it can't be used?!

Updated and now app only shows about a quarter of the login page when started. Can't login or use the app in any way.

App doesn’t hold a log in. Text in a message or alert is jumbled and contains weird characters. Probably should’ve tested this and their new website a bit more before releasing
