I am positive Nissan can do better with that app. Everything is so difficult with this app including signing in or making a simple payment.

I have made about 7 new passwords for this app and it still won't let me log in let alone make a payment. Horrible.

This app is not useful at all, looks exactly like the website, it would be nice to add the ability to save the username or even touch id support

The app could be a whole lot faster but at least I can make a payment. Password problems keep happening because it won't save and they want you to have an upper case, a lower case, 8 characters, a number, a symbol, a hieroglyph, a hair from Michael Jackson, and the blood of a virgin to continue... not to mention it cannot be any of your last 4 passwords! This app is so basic, all you can really do here is pay your bill. Who the hell is going to break into my account in this app to pay my bills?? And if they do, why don't you let them!?!?

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. Each time I try to log in it doesn't recognize me. I fill out all the register information and it tells me I have duplicate information or it tells me this is a duplicate account! So, then I try to log in and it tells me it doesn't recognize me. How can that be after you just told me I have a duplicate profile? The other drawback is that if you do ever get to log in the only way you can make a payment is by check. Save yourself the headache and don't download it!
