You need to do better by your customers. No fingerprint id, and I can’t even save my password. You can do better than a crummy Cordova web app.

Love when I try to pay my car payment and instead my account gets locked out for "the duration of 6 payments"...6 months, I can't pay my car on this app for 6 months. Guess I'll pay my car off another way

Super slow app! Always freezing up or something. I have recently had trouble logging in. It will not let me login on the app and says my username and password is wrong. However, when I go online, I have no trouble logging in. This app could use some serious improvements.

Would give a higher rating if you could add support for saving the password and adding use of Touch ID. My password is complex and long as everyone’s password should be.

This app never works I sign on with my credentials and it tells me that it don’t recognize my password or email. When I go to safari and sign in there is no problem. Oh but wait safari auto fills in my credentials!!!! And I am all signed in. Why can the app do the same thing remember the credentials!!!!!! I am sure the IT department personnel get paid some good money, now it is time they earn it.

When do you plan on implementing login via the fingerprint scan on iPhone??? Every other major finance app has this in 2017... Thanks!!

The app is nice for easily making payments online and has a user friendly interface but it lacks a “remember me” options. It’s frustrating having to type in a long email and password every time I want to log in. At least initiate a Touch ID login for faster login.

Please please please, get Touch ID implemented into this app... remember, the easier it is for people to make their payments, the more money you all get!!! No-Brainer...

This “app” is basically useless. It’s essentially a link to the website but a little less useful. Message to the devs: Forget the website and focus on UX. Also, go native!!! It would be nice to use features like Touch ID.
