Meh

Does the basics of what it needs to. But hate having to type in a password and email every single time to login. Please update so we can use Touch ID and/or face recognition.

Unreliable

Johnyyespapa

This app is so under funded for that I can only imagine what their infrastructure is like. The year is 2018 and this app looks and acts like a sidekick web browser ?. Do not try to make a payment on it. It will take you through the whole process only to end with a “Thank you for your payment, oops your transaction did not proceed.” So now I have to hope it didn’t charge me twice. My wife encountered the same issue. Their server is always down or being worked on (with no actual useful updates).

Worst app ever

Jpaf

I wonder if Nissan made this user unfriendly on purpose... a teenager could develop a better app than this.

Junk

I just tried to use this worthless app to edit my recurring payment. It can’t be done. At the end of the process you’re presented with a long statement and told to click “I agree”, except there’s no button to click, and the screen cannot be dismissed. The only way out is to kill the app. This junk obviously never tested. iOS 11.

Legit?

Why is it asking for my social security number?

Almost perfect!

Won't even let me register.

Ok

It's ok for making payments. The password requirements are strict making it difficult to remember the password you set and then one touch isn't an option. Make one touch an option please.

Won't log in

After the update I can't log into my account. Please fix this problem.

Embarrassingly Bad App

Before even downloading the app, take a look at the icon above, it's the wrong size and doesn't fit. Look at the example images, there's a status bar covering the text at the top. Here you go Nissan: [[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarHidden:YES withAnimation:NO]; This is clearly just a web app. It doesn't save your credentials, doesn't have Touch ID. Save the space on your phone and create a Safari bookmark. At least that will save your credentials. This makes the company look bad. I'm a new Nissan owner, and this honestly makes me embarrassed. This shows poor tech, poor attention to detail, poor oversight and poor management. Nissan isn't exactly a small company. My last car was a Lexus, and you could tell that the put money into their apps. And that same attention to detail is in their cars and all of their products. This product is just bad.
