I don’t now how you could make the app any worse but somehow you did. Now instead of logging in using the app it takes you to a browser login. What is the point of the app! Jesus have you guys like ever used any other apps ever. Your app is terrible, the lead should be tar and feathered and you guys should have to use blackberries until the end of time.

This app is worthless. Repeated inputs to access my account were rejected as incorrect. The EXACT SAME inputs for my account work fine on my computer. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. IT IS WORTHLESS!

Tells me my login info is incorrect every time, so I have to reset my password every single time I want to get in the app. Should’ve kept it the way it was a couple of months ago where you logged in directly in the app instead of being redirected to their website.

Why did y’all update the app it was fine before with just a simple swipe and I’d scheduled my payment now I struggle to LOGIN !!!!! GO BACK to the simple swipe for payment and simple log in with Face ID!!!

I liked the app before, now it’s a pain to login. This is an inconvenience because I spent too much time just to pay. Once lease is over I am not getting another Nissan, I been fan of this brand for years but it seems everything is going downhill…
