I've been using this app for several years. Now suddenly it won't allow me to log in! Fix the bugs please! This is way more convenient than having to do bill pay through my bank!

I know this is merely an app version of the website… My suggestion is to add the ability to have a “remember me” function or finger print ID function for a faster login. I tend to forget my password; so I have to go to the actually website and look it up. Other than that it’s simple; allows you to check your balance/payoff/make a payment/etc.

Seriously, another bad website and a bad app to go with it? Nissan seems to be technologically inept and needs to invest in website/app development more. I can't even create an account. It tells me to follow the password guidelines, which I did and it won't work.

I love Nissan but this just shows that Nissan is no where near where they should be with technology. I tried to login and it kept taking me to the register page. I also, tried to change my password and it will send me the email but the link in the email isnt active so I can't change my password. Please update.

Wow- if the right person at Nissan is reading this, all I can say is you should be embarrassed. Once you download this app yourself and try navigating through it, you'll see exactly what I mean.

Tried to register for a new account on the "new" website and this app and it keeps stating my password isn't meeting the requirements. How are you supposed to pay your bill each month if you can't register!! Whoever is in charge of the Web/app developing at Nissan needs to be fired.
Doesn't let me log in.

Every time I put my log in credentials, it directs me to the register page. Annoying.

Like others have said on here, if you follow Nissan's guidelines for passwords it will not work! You must follow their guidelines PLUS addin dashes to the passwords. That is how I got it to work for me. Simply amazing that this new system went live with this glaring error.
