Cool design

They took all my nicknames

I personally like the app. It’s easy for me to pay my bill, see my balance and set up payments. Plus the car design is super cool.


Better login features

I wish the login feature was way better. I’ve gone through 5 passwords due to the app being down or not being able to “accept my password” due to malfunction. The app needs to stop breaking down or add a fingerprint feature for the password. Other than that the app is fine to pay my bill.


Worst app ever

This app doesn’t recognize my username and password EVER which causes me to have to change it EVERY MONTH. Even when I change the password, I have to keep entering it into the system until it decides it is correct... this should be fixed. You almost have to beg them to take your payment every month???


Horrible app

It won’t let me log in then when I try to log in it says that incorrect username/password and I know that’s wrong. I am able to use the app on my iPhone but not on my iPad mini. This app need to be fix ASAP!


Nissan online anywhere is horrendous!

I pay everything online including my nissan vehicles. So far our company is on our 9th vehicle from nissan. They were never a great online experience but for the last four months of 2019 and so far the first two months of 2020 they are absolutely horrible to sign into! I can never sign in without the Nissan forcing a change in my password! The web page no longer works on my iPhone. It is horrible going in to pay on two vehicles!

I just downloaded this because I didn’t want my payment to be late. Signed in, added new bank, scheduled payment in about 3 minutes.. accepted and signed out. No issues.


Misinformed Payments and Took Extra Money

I made a payment on the 24th of January and it never posted on the 27th of January and I checked the app and it said my payment was still past due. It used to say, “You’ve scheduled a payment of $XXX.XX on Jan. 24” and then on Jan 27th the message went away and I checked my payments section and it never showed that it went through. Plus it wasn’t even pending on my bank account. That’s why I paid it the second time cause there was no trail of the payment being processed the first time and it still kept saying my payment was past due. So it took two payments from me.


Frustrating

This app is so frustrating out of nowhere it no long recognizes my password ive changed it like 10 times and still. I hate this app.
