App doesn’t work

I have tried twice to download the app and set up my account. The app will not allow anything to be entered into the boxes as a password, the boxes stay yellow and says the password is not accepted. This is very frustrating. I just want to set this up so I can manage my account!

I just set up this app and it goes to the home signin screen but won’t pull up the keyboard so I can sign in. I’m glad I already asked for a paper statement.


Why Must This App be so Difficult

Why is it so hard to find your remaining balance? Thus far, the closest thing to a remaining balance that I’ve been able to find is the payoff amount. This is a HUGE company. They can afford to make this app top notch. MINIMALLY, a customer wants to know how much more money they owe ??‍♀️. This is common sense and basic information as far as a loan goes.

App used to be good but not so much anymore. Last several attempts to log in got me stuck in a perpetual cycle of logging in.


Error Just to Log In?

I love my car and everything but this app won’t even let me log in. Tells me there was an error and try again later. No changes later. I’m responsible and haven’t missed a payment yet but I definitely can’t trust this app to do last minute transactions to meet due date with this shi**y login system


Updated app dosent work with iphone xs

The new update doesn’t give you the option to pay towards the principal. It will only let you pay the normal payment and nothing else. Please give us this option back. I have to log onto my PC if I want to do anything else in NMAC

I’m having trouble signing in. Every time I try it says error contact your administrator. There’s something wrong in the app. I changed the password like 3 times and it’s the same.


Bill pay is not working on app or online

Multi billion dollar company and you can’t even have a good payment app or online billing that functions. Can’t login to either the the app or online to pay the bill. It Dept was supposed to fix issues been five days still not working. Should get rid of them if can’t fix these issues. Very disappointed in Nissan. Probably won’t lease another vehicle from them do to these issues.
