I have the correct email address an password changed my password over an over still can’t get it still says it’s invalid until I get a change to log it my review will remain thumbs down ??

App is fine, I can pay my bill easily, it’s just really annoying to have to sign in every time.

How can such a good Automaker not able to create a good app? This is one of the worst applications I’ve ever downloaded. After several attempts to get my vehicle registered and able to access my account I gave up and deleted the app. C’mon NMAC I’m sure you can do better than this and when you do let me know, I’ll reinstall it.

To be honest this app is worthless. There are ALWAYS problems with login and now i cant get the app to open. I delete. I restart. I clean files. I delete. I restart. I downloaded. NOTHING. I just want to pay my bill - which is what i thought the app was for, but here i am frustrated because i cant. Please update asap.

I don’t know how I’m supposed to pay my bill. The app won’t let me log in and the website will let me log in but not pay my bill! Total bs.

For the last 3 or 4 months I have had issues with their website. sometimes it’ll log me in others times it won’t. So I decided to see if there was An app to pay our bill. I found this one and downloaded it but using our same login it still won’t log me in. Very frustrating to say the least.

I don’t know what’s more frustrating. Trying to log in on the app, or navigating thru the website. It shouldn’t bee too difficult to try and manage your acc online or thru the app. I’ve been trying to login but it keeps giving me an error message although all the information is correct.

This is absolutely the worst app I have on my phone. I just changed my lease and got a new car and my account still has not been updated. It’s been a week! Nothing works smooth. So hard to navigate it and find the information needed. Payment options are so confusing. I really hate it. Great car, great service, terrible app. And yes, putting password every time is a pain. I wish I could give zero stars.
