Why Must This App be so Difficult

Why is dumbass app ALWAYS broken! I have never missed or made a late payment...my car is nearly paid for and today the new error message is “an error occurred that caused your transaction not to be successful”. What transaction?!?!?! I can’t even get logged into the app!

I downloaded the app and I have not been able to log on. Every time I try to login it crashes the app.

Difficult to register

Takes forever and still keeps telling me to follow password rules. I have all the requirements and it still won’t take it. Deleting app. Can’t even do this because all the nicknames are taken including Awagner, frustrated!!!!! And annoyed.

Can’t Type “W” When Adding an Account

The field for the bank name just refuses to accept the “w” character. Since the name of my bank inconveniently contains a “w” I can’t add it, rendering the app useless.

It logs me in and shows zeros on everything (made payments, statments...) Totally useless, can’t see any information or make a payment

Been trying to get in for 2weeks now. Can’t get past where I agree to fine print! Just gets stuck and add account stays dim and will not let me proceed. Waiting for snail mail to pay bill!

App used to work good. Whoever the genius is that updated it, ruined the app. No longer works.
