Another WORTHLESS update!
What's the purpose?
Can we give negative stars for a company that doesn’t listen to the people? I mean, how freakin hard is it to add landscape mode for tablets?

This app works amazing!!! I can pay my bill fast and check what’s left that I owe on my vehicle with no issues!! If I can give it more stars I would!!!

It would be faster to write a check and take it to the post office than to use this app (or NMAC’s website) to pay your bill.
Just like Nissan’s other apps. Awful.

Vague, nondescript error messages that prevent users from logging in are pretty much the epitome of a one-star app.

I love the app set up. The times it has worked I like how it’s easy to manage. Problem is it hardly ever works. Can’t even log in now. Worked for two weeks before it said I couldn't access the app.

The new update 11/29/19 will not let me log in now. I need to make my car payment.

The app is a lot more convenient then the website. Really easy to use. I downloaded the app, logged into my account, and made my payment in less then 10 minutes. After closing the app and reopening it requires you to put in your password again which I like because I don’t want anyone easily getting my info easily if my phone were to be stolen.

This is app is fantastic!! It shows you everything you need to know to keep up to speed with your car loan. It displays the days you have until your next payment is due, how much you’ve placed on your principal balance and interest balance. It shows the total payoff amount too !! It even allows you to make payments, it’s as easy as Sunday Mornings! This app is well organized and makes having a car loan alot easier! Everything is displayed in front of your eyes. No need to make calls or hassle through mail to find anything, when you have this app at your fingertips!
