Needs some major bug fixes

There’s so much wrong with this app it’s unsettling. Can’t even log in half the time. You have to re enter your log in every time. The app resets randomly and changes your reoccurring payment and completely removes it almost resulting in a missed payment. Then when going to make a payment or set it up the app kicks you out. It’s just beyond frustrating. It shouldn’t be this hard to make and maintain an app.
Can’t Login

Ever since the new update this month, the app won’t let me login. I can’t even use the website because when I login it keeps redirecting to registration . I don’t know if i’m the only one having this problem.

I can’t get in to make a payment all I get is an error message I’ve called Nissan support they couldn’t ever help me! Looks like I’m not the only one either. I need to make a payment this is ridiculous!

Come on Nissan… really?! I can’t even create an account because every username I try to use I get an error saying that it already exists. There is NO possible way the 5 user names I tried are being used. You would think that a car company would make it easy for a customer to give them money. I will be deleting this garbage app. Don’t waste your time folks.
Can’t log into account

I normally am able to log into my account. The last couple days it’s giving me an error. Can’t make my car payment. This needs to be fixed asap.
Are you trying to get people to miss payments?

It’s a legitimate question. Look at the reviews and how long they’ve been bad for. It’s sad that you have to attempt to log in a week before the due date because you know there’s a higher chance of it not working at that time and you’ll have to “catch” the app accidentally working on a random day.

Like an earlier review, I also cannot log in to make my payments and waiting X amount of days for a potential fix isn’t ideal. There needs to be a way to report these bugs.

This app is a pain especially when you log-in. Some time ago I used to be able to “remember username and password” for easy login access and now that feature is gone. Wish they would bring it back.
