Total waste of time

This app does nothing to help the consumer and everything to empower the finance company. Took me 5 minutes to scroll thru terms and conditions which gave me nothing. Constantly prompts for location access. Wish I could give it zero stars.

I had 3 cars financed through NMAC and use this app to pay payments. I have one very annoying issue with this app. Not sure why the app is stuck in portrait mode. I use smart keyboard and have to detach the keyboard when use the app because of this issue. I understand for iPhone app to be in portrait mode, but iPad app should be able to switch to landscape mode.
Not even the log in

I try to put my user name and password and when I press start or log in the app just closes, I updated it but it does the same.

Deberían poner el App al español también no todos tus clientes hablan inglés y algo que le falta es aceptar pagos con tarjeta de crédito y aceptar Apple Pay
As bad as the website

This app is just as bad as the actual website. You can never login, constantly have to change password because the system doesn’t hold it month to month. App and website don’t work and then they charge you extra to pay by phone. Love my Altima but I’ll NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AGAIN!!!!
Recommendation for touch id

My recommendation for nmac is upgrade the app with touch id. It would make user a user friendly.
Miserable

This app has been nothing but miserable. And as of 6 months ago it will not let me log in to my account, saying that my password is wrong. Yet the website allows me to log in with the exact same credentials without hassle. Don’t even bother with this miserable app.

Can’t even log in to make my payment. Never missed a payment and now I might be late because of this dumb app that does not open the page.
