Login issues – NJ TRANSIT Mobile App Review

I’ve had this app for a long time now and now I can’t log Into my account to access my bus card. It was working fine Saturday morning and then Saturday afternoon when I tried to log in to access my ticket it said “ Invalid ID/Password” even though I used the same password for almost over a yr now. I tried to reset my password and when I received the link to reset it the page didn’t load up, refreshing it didn’t work either. I put my email it to get another reset code and again and the same thing happened. So it the next day now and I still can’t log in, I uninstalled and installed the app twice and the same results. I then tried to just create a new account. My account was created and it told me to log in, I put in the information and the same error message popped up. I filed a report and I’ve heard nothing yet. I heavily depend on this app so this is a major blow.
