The first Version had better aspects lost in "improvements"

Conductors in particular the women conductors but also the men need to work on developing a pleasant attitude. I know they deal with many people but that is exactly the reason that it is compelling to offer positive vibe. The experience starts from them especially since the trains are old and the stations are dirty. We can do better on all fronts.

Excellent ticketing, but new job brings me using NY Penn to Newark Broad St several times weekly. Many delays going back to NY Penn, Thursday evening 6:23pm over an hour.

It’s a nightmare It’s time consuming every time you are forced to sign in to use the app. I get security concerns but what’s the point of having the app at my fingertips if access is always restricted

Don’t have an issue with buying, paying and displaying tickets. Don’t use for schedules or on time performance notifications. Even NJ transit employees at Port Authority will tell you that as they change gates etc.

The app is definitely better than it was before but it gets annoying that it still logs you out regularly.

It’s very easy to use especially when you’re waiting for the bus in the cold. I can stop for coffee then come out when the bus arrives since the buses run on the GPS as long as a driver has it on.

You can’t hit the submit button after you enter your cards security code. It’s like they don’t want money coming in. Morons.

The new app is slow to open and often times doesn’t open display ticket until after you are on the train
