Factory reset

Joe was a great help in factory resetting and registering my frame after I had no access to it. The downside is their office hours are Monday-Friday, but as soon as Monday rolled around they were very fast to respond to my questions and resolve the problem. Thanks joe.

I was having a problem with the volume on my frame. I called and received help from Tin. She walked me through every detail step by step and stayed with me until I was 100% satisfied with what I was calling for. I also had a few other questions and Tin saw me through each one. GREAT SUPPORT

I had an issue receiving notifications when new photos were sent to my Nixplay app. I emailed customer service and after many back and forth emails with Maris, she was able to resolve my issue. I love my Nixplay frame and the company’s customer service is outstanding!!! Highly recommend.


Previous app version much better

I recently updated my NixPlay app and was very disappointed. It’s not nearly as user friendly as the previous. Very confusing between friends, playlists, albums…I can’t tell if I even shared photos to the frame we bought my parents. The old app let you pick a frame and send photos to it—and it would keep a record of what I sent. The new app will not let you sync a frame that you don’t own the account to, so you have to share photos through the “Friends” function, but it doesn’t seem to keep any record of what I sent, and I can’t tell if they even went to my parents frame. It’s not at all intuitive. I miss the old app!

I love my frame! It is so easy to use and was a great gift I received! The only thing is I wish it had an option to put all the pictures from my playlist into a photo album to print! That would be amazing! Please make that option instead of just single prints ?

I was having problems loading pictures to my frame. I called NIXPLAY support and spoke with a support person by the name of Joe and he opened my eyes to the magic of my frame. Customer Service help is outstanding. In a couple of minutes I became an expert on NIXPLAY. The NIXPLAY frame is the best gift I’ve ever received. I can now put all my Christmas pictures on my NIXPLAY frame. I’m more excited about my frame than ever!

I am not tech savvy but got exceptional technical help so that my 88 year old mother could see photos of her great grandson for the first time. He walked me through step by step to pair the frame so that her frame was up and running well again.
