I just received the Nix Play Frame. It looks and works great. The app is easy to follow and so is the frame. I would recommend it if you have many photos. Mark in technical customer service walked through the process as I am not very computer literate. I

I called today because I couldn’t log in and get things going. Talked to a very helpful gentleman named Ice who walked me thru and stayed on the whole time. Very positive and productive. My only suggestion is that the instructions should add the part about the frame having to be within 15 feet of your router. That would have saved much consternation. Thank you Ice and Nixplay!

I had two questions about our new Nixplay frame. First of all - there was no waiting period for someone to answer which was very nice!!! Mac came on quickly and very patiently listened to my two questions and then walked me through exactly how to do both things. Mac was super nice, pleasant and easy to follow. Thank you for hiring good people to help navigate questions!!! I highly recommend this frame for loved ones!!!
