I was having trouble adding a user to my account. Lou walked me through it step by step and waited until we knew it would work. Couldn’t have asked for more. She was patient and knowledgeable.


Landscape Mode

Others have stated that they would like to see this app operate in landscape mode. I wanted to go on record as another user with the same request. I have a keyboard attached to my iPad Pro and it is hard to use when the app is in portrait mode. Please make this request a priority.

My frame was working perfectly but then for some reason, my phone wouldn’t connect to the frame. I contacted US support and although it took about 8-10 minutes to be connected, Ice helped me get back on track. Grateful!

Spoke with Ice today. He was so helpful. I was having a problem pairing my iPhone with my frame. He was so knowledgeable and smart. He helped me solve the issue. So excited to be able to use this app! I just want to acknowledge his professionalism! Thanks.

ICE was so patient and considerate and actually beyond PATIENT with my husband and I today. What an incredible instructor he is!? I had tried for a couple of hours to set up my new photo frame a month or more ago. My husband even sat with me and encouraged me with “ you are doing it right.” BUT APPARENTLY I WAS NOT!? We left it alone until today when ICE walked us through the process successfully! YAHOO❤️ Just grateful!

ICE was exceptionally helpful senior technician! He helped me with the use of the app and helped me load pictures on my NIX Digital picture frame. Ice was very patient and thorough and I truly appreciate all his help!

I called Nixplay technical support today and ICE did a fabulous job of helping me! My app would not longer let me load current photos on my frame. He said when iPhone updates, sometimes apps get stuck and don’t update. He suggested I remove the old app from my phone and go to App Store to load newer version. Presto! It worked immediately. ICE really knows what he’s talking about! ??

I called today because I needed to reset my frame. We had just moved and we’re setting up in a new state. I had called yesterday and today I received a call back from ICE. He was so patient and he walked me through the entire process. It was a pleasure working with him. Now everything is working perfectly!!
