I recently moved and my device did not automatically reconnect with my new Wi-Fi. I wrote to them and they got back to me quickly. We tried a few different things and nothing worked. Eventually we did resolve the problem and everything is fine. They were responsive, their directions were easy to follow. If I did not get back to them for a few days, they wrote me back asking if the problem was solved. I love my Nixplay, I have had it for a few years. It is easy to add pictures and easy to share with others. Highly recommend

I am tech savvy and have spent over 2 hours trying to find a way to use google scan photos to then get onto Nixplay. I’ve tried 3 ways. There is no user friend way to organize photos within the app. All I can get is a huge bucket of photos. RIDICULOUS. I’ll NEVER be able to teach my mother how to do it, which is who I bought it for.
Not ready for Christmas

I gave my folks a frame, and trying to get grandchildren access, and I can’t login. Nixplay is still not ready for prime time. Christmas Day and the tech isn’t ready
App Needs Help

The app is loaded with error after error. Nothing saves, then it does, then it changes. It’s all over the place and a mess… Possibly the server is overloaded because it’s Christmas? Not sure but throwing in the towel after fighting with it for an hour…. will try again later. (Note I am a 22 yo and have no problem with technology!)

It took me about 10 minutes just to create an account. It took another 10 to get the frame to pair. I haven’t been able to add pictures or friends. Very frustrating experience.
File format not supported

I was happy to see the app so I can finally upload photos directly from my phone. I was disappointed that after I selected 100 photos and taped on the upload button I got an error saying file format not supported. I only selected photos in heic format. The support page says they're accepted but the app says otherwise. If you don't support heic format then what are you doing on the apple app store?

Received this device for Christmas. Initially had issues with cellular connectivity but resolved itself. Probably cellular carrier issue. Works great and is awesome product!!!

Joe was so patient and helpful explaining how to move my frame from an android to an iPhone. Even though I am extremely tech savvy for my age I was unable to do it, I tried all day yesterday. Thanks Joe!!!!
Frustrating

Every time I add a caption the app crashes, freezes, or takes me back to a different photo and I have to start from th beginning. My biggest gripe is wishing it would show photo dates on the frame. My amazon Echo device shows my photo's dates and it's a fantastic feature.
