Could not get into the app to add pictures to my mom’s frame. An awesome tech name Ice at customer service was able to find me in the system and correct the error. I am now connected to my mom’s frame and Abe to send her pictures during this time of social distancing. You Rock, Ice!! Thank you for your help!

Have been going back and forth with ICE at Nixplay support on a login issue. ICE stuck with me through much buffoonery on my part! Long story, but I can now login to the Great a Nixplay app! I love my Nixplay photo screen that’s in our kitchen where we are for a large part of the day! The ability to see photos of family...kids, grands, trips, friends, is so uplifting especially after a tough day!?? We continually send pics, with a couple of quick finger pokes, from photos that we’ve taken or others send! Try on!
