Photo Upload Doesn’t Work

I have been trying to upload pictures to the frame I just bought, and every time I try, it says the upload was successful, but the photo never shows up.

I add photos to a playlist or album, then it says photos added successfully, except the photos never show up.

It worked. Every time I upload a set of photos it acts as if it will work then says: oops looks like your photos are empty. Hmmmm... hopefully it is just an issue due to the holidays. But...

It’s not letting me upload right to playlists. Must do album upload then use app to add to playlists. Why don’t all new photos play after the blue screen? It says new photos then you don’t see them Why is it 2 different things? Albums playlist should be streamlined. This is not user friendly...inside my return policy hope fixed soon.

I like the frame, but the app is not great. I cannot delete a picture from a playlist. I have tried when I am viewing the picture individually, as well as by selecting them from the main menu. Nothing works. I have to go log in on my desktop to delete pics, which definitely isn’t as easy as doing it all on the app. I also wish there was a way to crop vertical pics within the app to select which part of the pic since the frame is not intuitive.

App has been buggy. Deleting pictures from my playlist just doesn’t work — click and click and nothing. Have tried on multiple devices — seems pretty basic functionality

This app would be perfect if it had a crop function built into it before upload. Having to use a third party editing app before each photo is uploaded is cumbersome.

Recent update downgraded photo quality

Ever since I bought it, I was quite excited about my frame. But since the last software update, I’m not finding it worthy of the money I spent. iPhone photo qualities degrade after I transfer them to digital frame ?. My wife added few pic from her iPhone to it, and all of a sudden it stopped working!! What in earth is going on?? Is it just me or other buyers experiencing it too. Your IT should look into it soon, I’m gonna return mine if it keeps troubling the way it is now...

Great to Keep Family Close

LOVE the app and the frame! Keeps my parents/grandparents feeling close even though they are 1200 miles away. I control it from the app, so they have zero technology frustration. I gave them the frame over a year ago and they still tell me how much they enjoy it every time we talk. It has really kept them linked to our daily lives.
