Best frame management by far! I would like to see a way to detect duplicates in a playlist. Sorting by file name and warning when adding would be great for when your playlists get very large. Also the pan/scan setting sometimes cuts off faces, needs a little improvement there. Still solid product that I love using myself and other family members!

The new account screen freezes up on me. I can’t even get past first screen to creat a new account. Just updated app beforehand.

Our daughter and son-in-law gave us a 10.1” Nixplay frame for Christmas, and we are thrilled with it! The color is exceptional. The features are thoughtful. And best of all, the setup was the easiest of any electronic product we’ve gotten in quite a while. Count us as devoted fans!

Have had two frames in family and recently bought one for each employee of business for their workspace. The Nixplay frames are great. Had a technical support issue today about accessing a frame and Joe in technical support was extremely helpful - thanks again to Joe. Highly recommend Nixplay frames!

I like the app and it has worked reliably for over a year but recently an advertisement to upgrade has been very intrusive and it really gets annoying to see it every time I use the app. Other than that I have no complaints.

We purchased 4 of these frames as gifts for Christmas. One for ourselves, of course; one for each of 2 daughters with children; and one for my 88 year old mother. My mother can’t stop watching it! We all absolutely love it. I had a few set up questions and emailed for some help. I didn’t have to wait long for Joe to contact me and help me through the issues. These frames are delightful and just the perfect size so my mother can see all the pics and video shorts easily and in the moment. The ability for any family member or friend to email pics to the frame makes it even more delightful. After all, there are gobs of grandchildren and great grandchildren and it’s so fun to get instant happiness through these frames. Thanks, Joe, for all your help!
