Great frame

This was given to my grandparents as a Christmas gift and has work perfectly since, all of my family has started sending pictures in and there making my grandparents day. Keep up the good work Nixplay!
App needs to be simplified

There is a red #2 on the Nixplay icon that WILL NOT go away. I have zero notifications and/or requests and continuously rebooting doesn't get rid of it. Spent 30+ minutes on the phone with technical support and even he couldn’t help me. Said I’m the third person with the same complaint (“probably a bug”) and he’d call me in a few days when he has an answer. We shall see. A month later still no phone call, the red #2 is still there. In the meantime, I love seeing my grandchildren’s photos next to my chair. The bug needs to be fixed.
Minor issue needs attention

The Badge Notification on my iPhone and iPad continues to stay on even after I've looked at what was sent to the frame, making it hard to tell if there is something new. Another inconvenience is that, since the frame turns on with motion, it would be nice if it started up showing the most recent image it has received (if it can already do that I haven't recognized that in Settings).

Camera roll option does not show last saved photos for uploading to frames. Please fix this bug. Only shows photos from a few days ago.

Tap and load photos to albums in the app. Then caption. Then playlists. Then frames. Way too many steps to be practical. Won’t bother much. Pity as it’s a good idea.
