Stopped Working After the Free Subscription Ended

Stopped working after I made the first payment. I made two before making a third. I did not work reliably in the first place.

I just downloaded the app, tried restarting my iphone (i have the latest update) and the app won’t even open. It crashes all the time.

Just got a CPO Altima and was considering buying a subscription. I sign in to my account, accept the terms and conditions, and... the app crashes. Guess I don’t need nissan connect after all.

Crashes once loaded on iPhone X. Unstable to use features marketed with vehicle because of it.

After the app failed to recognize my Vin I spent about 20 mins on the phone with customer service to get everything set up. After my vehicle was registered and the app was set to go, it never worked. I’ve tried every command on it and it does nothing. Sat in the truck, outside the truck, connected to WIFI, using only cell service and nothing. Literally does absolutely nothing. I’ve not even tried the app on my Apple Watch, assuming it does nothing as well.

Just doesn’t work. When I first bought the car it was great, now won’t connect to the car from my phone. Tried numerous troubleshooting tips and still nada?

The photo in the App Store shows more features than the app shows. All I can do is lick and unlock my car. I can do that with the key. So who cares.
Can’t make account

It will not let me make a new account. Every time I click on the password field it says invalid entry & even when I type in a password that fits the requirement it still says invalid entry.
Crashes immediately

As soon as I sign in it crashes every time. Useless until fixed. Has to be a development issue.
Crashes even before opening page

I have never seen what the app looks like because it crashes immediately upon opening! Horrible for a car company that continually says they’re on the cutting edge of technology
