This app is not currently working on iOS 12.4. Every time the app is tapped, the app opens and shows the main screen (which blank besides the Nissan logo and three lines on top of the screen). Then, the app crashes. After turning off the iPhone and turning it back on, the same process repeats. Please Nissan update this app, I would love use the features available on this app.

I purchased the 2019 Altima and yes I have it complementary for 6 months but looking into the cost afterwards is $20 a month and I think that is unnecessary and not cool. Plus the app is not well put together!! Nissan is better then what is shown. Again purchaser beware

Cpackman covers it well in their review. I would only add one more thing. The odds of the nissanconnectservices remote starter actually resulting in a successful remote start is about 50% of the time. So if you want to overpay for a clunky app service that gives you crappy odds of actually doing what it promises, this is the one for you.

Now only if they updated the App to where you could set a specific time to start the car. That would be so awesome!! Also, Nissan needs to make the Apple Watch app independent of the phone.

Trash, telling me this doesn’t go with my car but yet my car is on the list ?

Got brand new car two weeks ago... have been trying to get the app to work since. Was told first by Customer Support to wait that it takes time to register in system. Called back a week later and was told to register through web as it may not work in app? Um what’s the point of the app then. Registered online, locates my car but no features work in app. Call back Customer Service and after 30 minutes he validates there is a problem and he’s escalating a ticket to supervisor. Ask for ETA and he says he cannot provide one. “The ticket will be looked at within 24 hours but unable to determine when resolved.” So basically my “free service” is a waste! Hey Nissan, I can give you a freaking digital roadmap considering I design apps for Fortune 100/500 companies for a living. If you’re going to offer a PAID service, get your basic features right to begin with. A majority of your feedback is about registration - start there! What a waste of time. Figure out your value prop and deliver on it before pissing more customers off. Test your app before releasing. And have resolutions when people take the time to actually call in for your failed attempts at digital transformation.

Trying to set up the app, and it asks to create a PIN. However, when you go to the drop down box for the Security Question, there are no option! It’s impossible to set up the pin and use the features of this app since you can’t even complete the set up.

App has worked with my 2019 Rogue. Sometimes it can’t find my car, but that’s been usually because it’s being driven and not parked. I like the remote start from anywhere. We have been at a restaurant and started the car before we paid our bill, to get into a warm vehicle (-degrees).

Just purchased a new Maxima SV and it doesn’t have the Nissan Connect Services available??? $40k car and it’s not an option? Had a friggin’ Chevy that had much better options.

Bought a new Rogue and was interested in trying out the app. So far I haven’t even been able to add the vehicle. Keep getting an error and kicked back to the login screen. Soooo...have no idea if any of the features work or are useful?
