The app keeps crashing.

Platinum max

When I click on the app and sign in and click on the terms and conditions. The app will crash. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. I even reset my iPhone and I have the same problem. I tried it on my iPad and it’s doing the same thing. My work phone is a Samsung note 5 and the app works just fine on that. I’m thinking it has to do with iOS. Maybe Nissan hasn’t updated the app to work with the release of the updated iOS. But one thing I must say is, if your going to create an app. You have to work on it and keep updating it. This is bad business.

Foundation is laid , now build Nissan.

Got raped by these con artists

I am a big Nissan fan after owning Chevys, and a Ford or two. My first Titan was an 06 bought in 2010 used with around 45k. After putting nearly 200k on it. I could count on one hand how many things I had to replace to continue driving it. First was the stereo (must have) second radiator, third window regulator. The rest just wear and tear maitenance which I did religiously, always synthetic . And always cheap gas. I sold the truck to my brother he is currently still driving it. So I bought another one and I expect Nissan to be competitive in all categories but especially technology..and sadly they have been slacking but I think with enough irritated owners speaking out it will be remedied soon.

Horrible experience

Unsatisfied

Why am I paying $24.99/Month for an app to work maybe 1/4th of the time? It doesn’t matter whether or not I'm connected to wifi or LTE, I’m usually greeted with a notification that my request has failed. The only convenience that I can 100% rely on is the “Send Destination to Car” feature. Everything else barely works. When I have to travel for my job I usually have to park in a crowed parking lot. The “Flash Lights” feature should help locate my car, right? I wouldn’t really know what it’s used for as the request was never successfully completed. I would really like to see this connectivity issue resolved.

Apple Watch app never worked, just says unable to log in

App is worthless

I was thinking about purchasing the Nissan connected services package to have all of the remote features and such. Well I downloaded the app and after signing in, the app crashes every single time. I don’t even know what app looks like after the sign in page. I bet Nissan won’t tell me this if I call to purchase the plan. I understand you can use the web to use the remote features, however who wants to log into a website every single time to remote start their car?

Crap Service

Have had my car for less than a month, new 2019 Nissan Altima. Tried using the remote unlock feature tonight after leaving a movie, tested to make sure it worked before leaving my keys in the car and going into movie, and it would not work despite multiple attempts. Contacted support and they said they couldn’t do anything and directed me to roadside assistance. Had to wait about an hour for them to show up and open my door, hopefully they didn’t damage anything. What is the point of offering this app and service if it won’t do what it’s supposed to. Had it on my previous car and it worked without issue. This isn’t a good sign for a new customer to the brand.

App repeatedly crashes and never worked

The app never could connect to the car. I called customer service and they failed to fix the problem. Now the app is repeatedly crashing even after deleting the app and reinstalling. This is so far beyond acceptable. Absolutely terrible.

Can’t open the app

The app immediately crashes every time I try to open it. Reinstalled several times. iOS 12.3.1 on iPhone 8.
