App and infrastructure need work. Good concept and convenient when it functions correctly, but that’s only about 1/3 of the time. Typically gets hung up initiating the service on the vehicle. Push notifications of the car’s current status would be great. The watch app would be useful if it could make use of LTE connectivity rather than relying on a phone to be nearby and unlocked.

It worked fine the first three months I owned the vehicle, then it stopped working. When I call Nissan they eventually fix it, but last time I called it took them two weeks to fix my Connect Services and they only stayed fixed for one week. Something seems to be wrong with their infrastructure. Unless this works consistently, it’s not worth the cost.

I don’t quite think Nissan has the understanding of how a remote start ap is supposed to work..this thing gets confused, it will “initialize” for about 2-3 minutes and then say that it didn’t start and 2 seconds later it says it has successfully started...it will work about half the time, I live in a cold weather state so I need it to b 100% of the time...I will not be renewing it when the time comes and possibly just getting a 3rd party remote starter installed, at least they work.

App works randomly 1 out of 10 times, on a good day if there is full moon and no wind. I cannot believe they charge money for it. I dont know if that is the app or the unreliable connectivity to the vehicle.

When I first bought my Nissan the car came with 6 months of the services for free, during this time the app functioned rather well and didn’t have any issues. I decided to renew for 8$ a month just so I could start my car from anywhere. Well I lasted about 3 days before canceling the services completely, and deleting this awful app. One hour it works completely fine, and then another hour the app is completely broken and can’t connect to the car at all. There is absolutely no point in paying for this service if it is not going to work 99% of the time. Other brands seem to have this figured out , yet Nissan continues to charge for an awful product.

Please read these reviews and listen to what your customers are telling you. Your vehicles are great. This APP is not. The APP falls short on execution. The APP should compliment the brand, not hinder it.

When I used the app during the “free” period after I bought my new Rogue, it seemed like it worked well. Decided I’d keep it and pay the $8 per month and it hardly ever works now. Super frustrating and I’m going to cancel it. Hopefully this gets resolved soon, I’d really like to use this app. Other than this terrible app, I really love everything else about my new vehicle and the awesome dealership.

I paid for subscription and it’s nice when it works but fails to connect more often than it connects. Usually takes a couple tries when it does work. Needs some improvements or I’ll be canceling subscription.
