Nonfunctional

Starts at login screen, you register your account. Then enter your VIN. Then back to the login screen. Then enter your VIN. Repeat indefinitely. On the bright side, I accidentally memorized my VIN.


Bs of an app

So after I log in I add my vin # then I accept terms and then it brings me right back to the same login page. I have done this five or six times but now I am fed up! Fix this so we can use the app!

The app was working perfectly fine when I first purchased my vehicle and began using it a couple months ago. Would lock and unlock with ease. Then one morning I locked my keys in there by accident. THE APP WOULDN’T WORK! It said it couldn’t unlock the doors. Called Connect Services and they attempted to multiple times on their end and it still wouldn’t unlock! Needless to say, I was late for work and my husband had to come home from work and unlock it with his key. The engine start/stop has never worked either. LOVE my new Nissan Pathfinder, don’t like this app! It’s garbage.


Getting really tired of the unable to connect to server at this time message at app launch.

Not sure what happened but I’ve been getting that message every time I’ve gone to open the app the past week. It always logs me out when I get it too.

How and the hell do you allow an app so terrible. It never logs in properly. It is so slow. Sometimes it doesn’t even start or lock the doors. Are you little nissan geniuses going to fix this broken app.


Cannot connect to server...

For the past few weeks every time I try to log into the app I get the message “cannot connect to server at this time, please try again later”. I have tried later and later and later but, still not connecting. I emailed NissanConnect and have never received a response. Why would I continue to pay for this service when it doesn’t work and no one will contact me? Worked very well before but now it is worthless.


Keeps logging me out

I’ve had this app for a year and a half, and has worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. I constantly have to log back in to use any services on it. I have the keep me logged in checked and have all the same settings that I’ve originally had. If this keeps up I will cancel it.


Cannot start car remotely

This app does not always open resulting in the inability to use it. It often will say try again later Kicks out from remain signed in option. Works about 50% of time wh Ed n I try and use it to start my car.


Won’t stay logged in!

I have a 2017 Altima 3.5sl fully loaded with tech package so this app has been pretty awesome to use. I love the remote start from anywhere as well as all the other services that come with the premium subscription. My only complaint is that the app itself doesn’t stay logged in. I have my background refresh turned on and after an hour of having the app running in the background it’s constantly asking me to put my username and password in every time. I would really love if you guys can do something about that cause I’m paying $20 a month to use this app and it’s annoying to have to relogin every time. Thank you.
