Great app except for a minor bug

The allocations dashboard looks inaccurate. The graph indicates that the least allocation get the biggest section of the graph.
App never opens

This use to be a great app however, it almost never opens on my phone. The Face ID goes through and I get a white screen. I have uninstalled twice. Just updated today and nothing has changed

When it works

80% of the time the app won’t load after FACE ID authenticates. App just freezes. Well, actually it’s 90% of the time. Pretty annoying. Been going on for months now. Sure would appreciate a fix. Yep, suuuuuuure would.

My major complaint is the “Virtual Assistant” that has been add recently. As soon as I start working in the app the Virtual Assistant pops up and fills most of the screen. The only way to get rid of it is to click on the Virtual Assistant and let it take you to another screen then “X” out of it. Time consuming and very frustrating.

I don’t do much more than check my balance, but as far as that goes this app is real user friendly and has never really let me down. I’m glad I downloaded it
Easy to Use

Even when I’m scared to look at performance of my 401k, the app is very easy to use, data is presented clearly and additional tools are great!

App is easy to use and informative, but at times, I have to wait late in the evening to get the day’s settlement before deciding on actions I would like to take when the market opens the following day.

Mobile Deposit doesn’t work. App will accept a picture of a totally black dark background picture and will not accept picture of the check. Tried for two hours and the representative did not resolve the issue.

*** Apparently 3.7.2 is the only supported version my ipad can use. Since I can't run the app without getting an error , my choice is to buy a new ipad or quit using the app. Hello website. I have version 3.7.2 on my ipad. When i tried to open it today , I get a message that this version is no longer supported , with a button to upgrade. The button takes you to the app store , but theres no way to upgrade ... all you can do is open the app from the app store. Basically the app is now useless. Hopefully iget some feedback here before the app.
