In your face bugs

With Face ID enabled it always tries, fails, then makes you login every single time you open the app. And the recently added sticky title bar that shows the balance at the top of the screen when you scroll is janky AF and betrays a level of incompetence I have not seen in a while. For its intended purpose the app is adequate but the bad programming makes it frustrating to use.

Sometimes works

Taking a photo of check, keep getting error message that amounts don’t match. Very frustrating process. Their customer service has been overwhelmed this week - was on hold for over an hour. However, after many tries, the photos worked properly.

Freezing most of the time

I try to log on and it freezes on the title page. Very poor app and a website that lacks easy access to a one page view of allocations, number of shares, market value, NAV. Why do you put bits of information different pages?

Cannot login

I can no longer access the app, every time I try to log on the app says it’s “temporarily unavailable.”

Cannot add check

Tried to use the app to add rollover check. Kept getting “amount does not match error”. Pretty miserable user experience.

I just open Traditional IRA account and rollover some money and invested. When I check my balance I did not see the column for purchase price. I request that please add column for purchase price. So I don’t have to go for history to see what price I purchase the stock.

Please fix the log-in problems!!

Pretty decent app, but I am constantly having trouble getting the Face ID function to actually log me in. My phone recognizes my face with no issues, and gives the green check mark on the Face ID modal, but then nothing happens about 80% of the time and it just sits at your logo forever. Used to work fine, but in last few months the app intermittently hangs at the NetBenefits logo and never actually loads my account info. I’m happy to provide more details on the issue if that would be helpful. I’m running the latest iOS updates (14.4?) on an iPhone 11 Pro. Email me at Del dot Simmons at gmail if you want more info. Bug: app freezes due to Fidelity Charity

After I touch the link to Fidelity Charity, the app is irreversibly stuck. It won’t scroll down, and there’s nothing I can touch to go back to the main app. This is for an iphone, ios 14.4.

Dark mode great but...

Thank you for implementing dark mode, but the splash screen when launching the app is clunky/blurry. Also, on 12 Pro Max there’s wasted space beneath the four tabs almost like it’s not optimized. Other than those things no complaints!

Doesn’t work properly

One of the largest investment firms in the world and they can’t afford a decent app. It’s riddled with bugs like investment changes can’t be performed without buttons not responding or failed execution. Or on the Home Screen scrolling down causes information displays to disappear. Either way I’m fortunate that this app doesn’t have to be used often. It’s a nightmare.
